Privacy Policy

What we collect When you vote or nominate, we store your email address, the ZIP code if you give it, the ballots you cast and a one-way fingerprint of your network address used only for fraud checks. We never store your raw IP address with your ballot.

Why To verify that each ballot comes from a real person, to enforce one vote per category per day, and, only if you opt in, to send you Icons Choice Awards news.

Business accounts Business owners give us their name, email, phone and business details so we can review registrations and manage listings, bookings and receipts.

Cookies We use a small number of first-party cookies: one remembers a verified email on this device so you don't need a new code for every category, one keeps you signed in, and one remembers your language. We don't use advertising trackers.

Email You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link at the bottom of the message.
