Terms of Use

Using the site Icons Choice Awards is a community voting site. By voting, nominating or registering a business you agree to these terms and to the Official Rules.

Business listings Owners are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish. We may edit, hide or remove listings, photos or offers that are misleading, offensive or that infringe someone else's rights.

Spotlights and sponsorships Banners and sponsor creative are reviewed before they go live. If a banner is rejected you can upload a new one within the review window; otherwise the booking is refunded.

Fair play Buying, trading or automating votes is not allowed. We may void ballots and suspend listings involved in manipulation.

Changes We may update these terms. The date of the latest change is shown on this page.
